All we need is to do a brief intake with you by phone, and a prescription for physical or occupational therapy from your doctor – you can ask your doctor for a prescription, or we can do that for you.

Once we have your prescription and have completed our initial intake, we will contact you and schedule your sessions in the clinic.

WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR THERAPY AT HOME?
We also have a Therapy At Home House Call service for those patients who are not able to travel or have difficulty with getting consistent transportation.
